Assuming no required information is left out on the form, your registration form will be sent to us and a copy to you upon pressing the ‘Submit’ button.

Afterwards, you will automatically be taken to the “Deposit” page where you will be able to reserve your spot in the workshop by paying the deposit fee using a credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required) or by check (with details on where to mail the check).

If you do not receive a copy of your registration form, check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will send a copy to you.

Additional information including travel & lodging information, a reminder of what to expect, meeting location, and recommended gear will be delivered to you within 120 days of tour start date.

An invoice for an additional $2,000 will be sent to you by January 25, 2024 and is due February 1, 2024. A second invoice for your remaining balance will be sent to you and will be due 120 days prior to tour start date.
